If you are renewing your annual membership, follow ONLY STEP TWO.

 

STEP ONE:  Fill out the Member Profile at the bottom of this page (please follow the directions closely).

 

STEP TWO:  Pay your registration fees.  You can pay by credit card using PayPal or by check.  If paying by PayPal, go to the PayPal button below, choose your membership type, and click Buy Now.  If paying by check, please make your check payable to NASPS and send your check to the NASPS Treasurer:  Andrea Schreier, 2235 Meyer Hall, Dept Animal Science, University of California Davis, One Shields Ave, Davis, CA 95616, USA.

 

MEMBER PROFILE (YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY FOR QUERIES TO BE SUCCESSFUL)

Fill out the fields below to create a member profile.  Once your registration fees have been received, you will receive a Username and Password by email for the Member Area on our website.  

 

For Competencies/Interests, choose only from the following list (you may choose multiple interests but only use those listed here):  Aquaculture, Behavior, Caviar, Conservation Actions, Fish Passage, Genetics, Health/Disease, Larval Biology, Life History, Management, Physiology, Population Dynamics, Reproductive Biology, Restoration, or Other.

 

For Species, you must use the scientific name not the common name (e.g. Acipenser transmontanus).

 

For Keywords, use your Competencies/Interests and the scientific name of the species with which you work.

 

You can make your member profile public by checking the Public Profile box at the end of the profile.  The member profile will inform your colleagues of your current work and interests and may be used to find sturgeon experts in a given field.  To ensure queries are consistent, ensure that you have the followed the directions while completing your profile.
